At Ann Rossbach Consulting, we have assisted hundreds of students to be successful over the years through our educational consulting. We have a thorough understanding of the processes required and provide an independent perspective on each college you consider, ensuring your selection is based solely on strengths, needs and goals. As members of IECA, we are held to the highest standards for educational consulting and are constantly expanding our base of knowledge through conferences, workshops and visits to colleges and admissions offices.

For over a decade, Ann has worked with a diverse group of students, assisting each in confidently engaging in the college application process. With 15 years of classroom instruction in reading, English and study skills and a master’s in teaching, Ann’s experience lends itself keenly to helping you on your educational journey.
She was also elected to two Boards of Education, serving for 15 years, 12 as president. She is also trained in mediation and English as a Second Language (ESL). She is a member of the Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA); she has served as the Association’s president and now serves on its Foundation and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Educational Planners (AICEP). She is a member of NACAC, NJACAC, and SACAC and presents regularly at conferences. Her membership in these groups entitles her to up-to-the minute updates on educational trends and the ability to network with professionals across the globe.

Margot is a graduate of Georgetown University and earned her JD from Fordham University. Before working as an education consultant, Margot worked as an attorney specializing in commercial litigation. She also worked as a television producer for CBS News and Court TV, where she worked on live court proceedings such as the OJ Simpson and the Michael Jackson trials. She brings her strong research and storytelling skills to her role as an educational consultant as well as a keen understanding of adolescents.
Margot earned her certificate in Educational Consulting from UC Irvine in the fall of 2018. She is a member of the Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA) and has attended multiple conferences in the field of education consulting.

ELLIOT ROSSBACH
Elliot has worked in education since 2008, specifically as an English teacher at the high school level in Indonesia and later at two universities in Saudi Arabia. After obtaining his MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management he became a communication and project management skills trainer with the Australian consulting firm BlueVisions. He brings the skills of teaching adolescents and project management to Ann Rossbach educational consulting. He has helped students develop their written voices, turn good essays into great stories, and write personal statements that truly stand out. He also assists students with time management and counseling to reduce stress during the college application process. Elliot is a member of IECA and continues to advance his knowledge of the college application process through attending conferences, visiting colleges, and building relationships with admissions personnel.

Programs vary in their level of services and expertise, and we can guide you to the most appropriate support. Often, these programs require additional applications and interviews, and we will help you with all this as well.
